Question UPDATE* de-winging my car

im going for a cleaner look and decided to take my wing off. its held on with four allen bolts. i was able to get one loose, but the other three arent moving. they started to strip out so i sprayed some pb on the heads and tried to get underneath the head onto the threads, but obviously the bolt head is pressed flush with the underside of the trunk. someone suggested drilling the bolts out. did they mean to just drill into the center of the bolt head? would that enable me to just slide the wing off from the top? anyone have any ideas?

UPDATE*** I got the wing off today. I only had to drill one hole but it came right off. Im having a bit of a dilemna, I was going to get a carbon fiber trunk to replace it, but click here for what I may have a chance to get TOUCH ME!

nope, tried that already, the heads on the bolts are rounded so the only way i could get pliers on them would be if they werent tightened against the underside of the trunk

i was gonna say vise grips but if you cant get a hold of the bolt...i guess drilling would work, just start off small and use progressively larger bits, the head will prolly get really weak and break off, letting you just pull the wing off. whatever you decide to do good luck!

If you decide to drill, make sure you drill a small hole first, as a pilot and step it up. if you can see the major diameter of the bolt find one that is closest to it and just drill the head of the screw off.
I have to do this all the time on the Jets I work on..

i think drilling will be the best route, as far as the holes i guess im gonna use some sort of cork until i can either get a new trunk or fill them in. my friend paints for a car lot so he could hook me up on paint hopefully. thanks for the advice.

exedotbat is right, buy a screw extractor (bit designed to pull out broken and stripped bolts) and rip those things outta there. i saw them at sears and home depot.
