Thumbs down Metal grinding sound.(Transmission)?

I have this metal scratching/screetching after I get done driving my car for a while. It doesnt do it at first but after I come home and put it in the garage I can hear it. I come in the garage very slowly and when I engage the clutch and press the gas you get a little screetch screetch like there is a bunch of metal parts that need to be oiled. Then when i turn the car off you hear i final couple screetches. If i put the car in nuetral then it stops.. But as soon as i start pulling forward you can hear it again. wTF am i to do. I just put a frigin cai on so i dont wanna go to the dealership.

If it is your Transmission then the CAI will have nothing to do with it. It is a normal wear and tear part so they may or may not validate the warrenty. I would take it somewhere because it is a valuable part of the car.

Allegedly, thats the brakes releasing. Its the spring that holds the pad in the caliper. I'm not sure if I believe it, but thats what my dealer told me when I took it in. I'm gonna drive it for a little while longer, then go bitch again.

Ok here is a more presice example. I dont even have to put the clutch in. Just when I lightly press on the gas and it revs a little, i hear little clanks. Just a little like cricket chirps.
