AEM CAI filter question

i posted this topic just a few days ago however the thread that i got in my email was in valid and i cannot find the thread at all.

but my question is that i was wondering what is a good time to change or clean the AEM filter? Is there a kit out there to clean the filter? Or do you just have to buy a new one and if so whats a good one to get?

I use gasoline, but a K&N filter cleaner will work...go to your local automotive store that sells K&N

hehe ... well u can just buy a new filter off Ebay. I recommend changing it when it gets really dirty ... otherwise your car's performance will dwindle. Personally, I would buy one anyway because I think AEM's filters suck ***.

cdmx: you have the hottest chicks for your avatars, dude!!

you don't need to replace them. K&N sells a kit to clean the filters
