K20 swap Q

Ok i'm newb when it comes to engine swap i have done some tranny and clutch work but thats about it . So my ultimate mod for my car is to do k20 swap. Anyways heres my question As far as i can see everybody always offers for the swap is engine, ecu, ecu wires, trany and cv-joint. But what about radiator. shifter linkage do we have to replace the shifter or throttle linkage, fuel pump, how do new engine mounts work do you just bolt them down or you have to weld . Plz if somebody can explain this to me cause i i'm very interested in whole process.

Thx in advance.
