HELP!!! Having problems mouting underbody neons...

I am having trouble mounting my side underbody neons. For those of you that have them installed did you have to drill holes in the undercarriage of your civic to mount these good? if so was it hard to drill the holes. I might let a local honda service center mount them today when i take my car to get my oil changed. I worked on it last night for hours trying to mount them but without a drill i was in no luck at all for the sides of the car. Please help ASAP.

Green Civic is an unknown quantity at this point
Did you try using zip ties? My friend used those for his under-body neons. Try that, see if it helps any.

theres a little edge under the sides i just mounted them on the inner side of that edge.
It was not hard to drill through(our cars are made of tinfoil) just make your shoulders a little sore.
and might i suggest if its not already too late i have an aftermarket bumper (no factory fog lights) so there was a space available for a factory switch.
the switch with the neons is such a piece of crap so i bought the fog light switch and wired it to my neons.

ya i tried putting them in that location but didnt have enough room due to my civic being lowered and i didnt have a jackstand handy. so i think i will just dish out the money to have that center put them on
