I/H/E Hp gains

ok this has been circulating for awhile but how much hp does a IHE set up actually add? And compared to a IE set up w/o headers? How much hp dif between the 2?

i'm with you, maybe 10hp max gain from all that stuff. it makes me mad because for the RSX if you get DC Sports coldair with the TCS exhaust dyno'd you gain 20 HP !!!!!! WTF why can't that happen to our cars.
