2002 HX CVT Tranny is screwed!

2002 HX CVT Tranny is screwed! It hesitated today a little bit. I just tried to start it and it just shaked like a motha as soon as I try to put it into gear. Does anyone know if the dealer would pay to have it towed to them? Supposedly roadside assistance is covered. Thanks.
