how do we remove this piece for sedan?

how do we remove this piece for sedan?

I will make a sedan complete door panel, handle removal. Just collect info now.

the DIY is very good, infact we should replace the DIY in this site by the one you linked to.

however, when I tried the same trick on sedan, I find it very very difficult to remove that part, so I wonder if there is a screw tighten on it for sedan.
