Pulled Over

I got pulled over tonight for speeding. However the cop wrote I was born in 85 when in fact I was born in 88. He also wrote the wrong license plate number since he left out the last digit. Do I have any chance?

sorry man small errors dont mean you werent speeding. ofcourse goto court, but if you were speeding theres not much you can do for defense. ask for traffic school to get the points off if you havent had tickets in last 3 yrs.
