Rediculous.
Rediculous.
something interesting happened to me today. i was driving on the highway, and i get pulled over by a state trooper. i figured he was pulling me over because i kept going back and forth from the lanes because i forgot which exit to get off, but anyways, he comes up to my car and i tell him i'm a little lost, he asks for my license and registration, i give it to him an dhe goes back to the car. He comes back, and gives me my license and registration back, then gives me directions to where i need to go. THEN he just hands me a ticket for no seatbelt!! WHEN I WAS ACTUALLY WEARING IT! i had no idea he was even giving me a ticket, he just ran back to his car and didnt give me a chance to say anything. Not to mention, it was pouring rain, my back window is tinted, and you couldnt see in my car at ALL to even tell if i had a seatbelt on, and going 65mph? Damn, that po must have some good vision.
anyways, i'm a student, it iwll end up costing me 100 dollars, which i cant afford. Ive had my license for over 2 years with no tickets, and a perfect record. Anyone have any advice on how to fight this bullshit ticket? thanks.

if you honestly werent wearing a seatbelt at all that day, then you may have a good chance in court to fight that ticket. but most likely the officer will show up in court and say he didnt see you wearing one and his word has more power over yours. so i think it is bullshit and that you'll just have to take it.
sorry to hear bro. talk to the DA or the court to see if you can get fines reduced.

haha just went to traffic court yesterday..waited two hours for my name to be called, went in front of the judge and it turns out the trooper never turned in the ticket so it got dismissed. Haha, that was a good way to show someone a lesson
