Okay question.. I got a ticket in december on my way threw Indio Cali. Well i keep calling in and trying to figure out how much the ticket will cost me, and every time i call down there they say the ticket is not in the system. At the bottom of the ticket it says i have to pay it by feb 7th, and thats tusedays.. So what should i just go down there and see? you think maybe if its still not in the system they will just throw it out or what? Im just curious. I cant even ever get a hold of an operator. sooo. i dont know what to do.

Check and make sure everything's filled in on it. I went down to pay a ticket once and it wasn't in the system. when the guy looked, he said the officer cancelled it because he forgot to fill in the province. Something as simple as that so I threw it in the garbage and walked away.

wow.... dude umm you should have atleast gotten it 2 weeks before that date, but umm i guess they fcked up.... which court did they tell you to go to to pay it up front? if you know call that courthouse number, traffic division, and have one of them look it up for you. i dunno how they run it there, but i work for LA superior courts, so i cant look it up on the comp. good luck with it. worst thing is that they'll send it to collection agency, but then you'll have to clear it up by seeing the judge. try writing a letter there explaining this

Well i think im heading down there tomorrow and see if i can get it cleared up. I dont know. But looks like everything filled out.
