how low can you go?

hey guys.
my name is steve and i live in pa and i was wondering how low is a car alode to be. my sideskirts drag when i go over speedbumps. is that 2 low? please let me know b4 inspection.

Here in Puerto Rico they don't have any laws regarding ride height.
You can't lower your car too much here, since the terrain is all mountainous.
You lowered it too much, your car WILL get effed up, you will lose your car in all the bumps and stuff on the road.
I find it stupid to put up any laws regarding ride height.

Exactly... It's going to be hard for people to tell because it does differ from place to place. I know here in Texas, no part of your body can be of equal or lower positioning from your rim. I'd just call your DPS or something and ask them directly.

well i have airbags so i can throw sparks when im driving down the road. its a pretty cool sight from outside the car. and before some one goes and says well thats gonna f up your undercarrage i got frame sliders that i can replace when they get to low. i was j/w if anyone knew b4 i took it into the shop becuase i like to **** them off and make it almost impossible to put on the lift.

you can drop it on the ground when you're parked...you cant move it up and down while your driving though
