if u get a ticket for not wearin a seat belt does ur insurance go up?

depends on the insurance company I would assume, it is a moving violation.....

Nope it doesnt... I've gotten pulled over 2 times for it!..
I even asked the cop, Is this gonna hurt my insurance or give me points
on my liscence,, he sayd NO. This was about a year ago.
And nope. nothing has gone up since then...
It's more kinda of a warning!
They gave me a $60 Ticket for each...

Just wear your seatbelt and youll be strait*
I've gotten tickets for TEAM LOGO"S on my windshield and SHi*** and
all of those things you dont count at all!.
