pulled over for nutn
Man today I got pulled over for nutn.I was drivin and a copper pulled me over to check if I was runnin anything illegal under the hood. He saw my tach and assumed I was a racer.omg isn't this harrassment?

welcome to the club. you, along with millions of other americans get pulled over everyday for nothing. And no, there isnt anything you can do about it. they can pull you over for anything they want to.

Rep Power: 0 Well, that happens to me about twice a month. In my little college town, cops see my car and think "drug dealer". So they ask to check my headlights, trunk, wanna see my driver's license, insurance, registration, ask if I'm drunk, where I'm going (to work you ********. . .can't ya see I'm wearing my work uniform?). Maybe one day they'll actually get me for something(then again I hope not).

Silversiv.... he cannot pull you over and "ask to see your trunk, etc." since that is considered a search of your car. You have all right to refuse that, especially considering he didnt even pull you over for a violation.
lucky for me all my cop interactions have been good. Hell my family connections even saved my *** from what likely would have been considered a felony speeding ticket in my state... thank god I didnt get the ticket and dont drive like that anymore.

Rep Power: 0 No been pulled over for that^^^^^ not cool but I did just get a warning.ha.can't get away with **** in my neighborhood.prolly cuz I live across the street from the dps.what can I say I guess I wasn't wearing my thinkin hat!!!!!!!!! : )
He has no right to pull you over check under your hood...I wouldnt open my hood i would tell him to get a search warrants to do it.I wish i get pulled over for that.I will raise hell.

Rep Power: 342 WTF they have all the rights man its called probable cause..Funny I watch cops and other cop shows all the time and when they ask the driver to pop the trunk or the hood they dont usually have a warrant... they ask and you better do it. ive never seen anyone tell the cops to go F$$%ck themselves yet..lollll
