Taking someone to small claims court question??
Can you take someone to small claims court...
1.) if they live outside of the US
2.) if the money was a temporary loan
3.) if it's under $1,000

Rep Power: 373 it depends on where the loan occured at.... was it in the US? if so then yes you can, its a civil court procedure in which you will prolly be paying more then $1,000 just to get your case in court including court costs and attorney fees... thats all depending on which attorney you get and what-not...
