If you do a search for DIY's there's gotta be one. But being as limited as I am in mechanics, I'm sure I could figure it out.
As far as price goes, if you buy new, expect to pay $100 (around) you might find it cheaper at some shops, and more expensive at others. I recommend KVR Performance on Algoma in the Eat end. IF your looking for a list of shops and ratings of each, goto Ottawa Shops and Urls, you'll hopefully find what your looking for.
As far as advice goes for a rear camber, seeing as how you now have coilovers, I would recommend it. I am riding on Neuspeed Sport Springs, anf I do not have a camber kit. Although I probably should get one (after seeing my previous tires
You should really come out to a Friday night meet. Many of your questions could be answered easily by some people there.
Cheers.

I've heard its easy ... but you have to get an alignment after ... I mean the guy that did mine charged me $90 ... and the alignment was on top of that ... $90 vs fiddling around myself, trying to coordinate a sameday alignment ... naw forget it
