was wondering how i would clean my cold air intake and my strut bar??? daymn can't wait for the spring!!! full exhaust system, lowerage, and new tires... gotta love it...

yeah, just go to Canadian Tire for the K&N air filter cleaning kit... but don't bother cleaning it before spring... you'll have to do it again if you do...

well... i was just wondering how to clean the piping... but my filter is k&n... they threw in the k&n filter for free when i bought my intake...
... so buy the k&n cleaning kit for the spring... and ne other suggestions for cleaning the piping of intake and strut bar???

Freddy and I used a K&N cleaner kit for our filters, and they are AEM ... never knew you had to use a specific cleaner ... thought it was all the same ****.
Charles, I'm assuming you want to clean the outside of your pipe .... just use a damp cloth.

that will streak..lol. But you can use that and Mguiars polish or something I guess...lol. I actually spray Orange Blast on my pipe...my bar was black so I used that on there too.

Just Simple-Green it man. Besides K&N Filtercharger cleaner stuff for the Injen filter, my entire engine bay is cleaned with a hose, a toilet brush, and simple green. Oh and a small sponge or cloth for the tighter spots.
