... and does a liquid intercooler work better then the radiator style ones that go down at the bumper?

^from what ive read the kit is complete, except for a couple odds and ends you can find. Definately safe for ur ride as long as you keep the boost under 9lbs or so. Id say 8 max, depending on the fuel set-up. I dont see any sort of fuel management in there, so there goes another 800 bucks for that, unless he didnt list something. This kit also comes with the coolant tank for the intercooler, and it seems like a good set-up, but i think traditional style front mount intercoolers would be more effective, but its really hard to tell. For 2500 you're getting alot of stuff, but remember there is no guarantee that all the parts will work together. The pump for the coolant could stop working, and that could do alot of damage, or the coolant could be leaking etc. Liquids is what pretty much keeps a turbo alive, but the less you have to rely on pumps and tanks and such the better IMO. Thats why im going custom, because I can make shure that everything will work, and research the most effective way of setting it up! But hell get the thing and we can have a serious race one day!!
hahaha, e-mail him and ask about fuel, and the trim size/ ar ratios of the turbo, because it looks kinda small for a t3. Thats all I can think of now, but good find!

Edit:forshure a good price considering the turbo I want is over 700 bucks

well, i want to have my engine checked and possibly reinforced before i'd start adding **** like turbo. i'm scared cause it would coid my warranty of up to 160K.

would i be able to install something like this and keep the boost lower, say 4-5 psi, until i get it all checked professionally that it's okay to add more? like will the wastegate be adjustable to change the amount of boost, or do u need to buy a new part for that?

^the wastegate spring should be adjustable to lower boost levels, but if not its not too hard to find a different spring. As for you're motor it will be fine as long as u change ur oil often, use a turbo timer to let the turbo cool down, and use the highest octane gas possible. Internal build up would be nice, but its nicely expensive...not just somthing u can do for fun! Warranty on ur motor will be void if u add a turbo right away, but i could possibly get away with taking it off if something happens. Just remember a used D17 engine is less than 1000$ to buy, so if u blow one, just get another

Oh also the dx/lx have lower compression engines (no vtec), so it should respond to boost better, and should be less prone to damage!
