I'm doing my 96000 service this weekend. Stupid Honda. They want $400 for the service, which is basically an oil change with a bunch of inspections. Then they want another $400 to change the timing belt. They should be in jail, bunch of crooks.
I'm going to do the whole thing for under $200 (haven't checked the price of the belts yet) and a half a day in Jer's garage.

I also inquired about a shop manual. For any previous generation they were around $90, but for our cars they are $277+tax!!!

Anyone know where I can get one cheaper?

Back door of the honda dealership garage...if ya know someone. If memory serves, the book is always more $$ when it's the current model.
