Update on fatmat order

i just sent this email out to fatmat, i am fedup, i will tell you what he replies








Hi

On September 15th a placed on order for a fatmat product, and i also made a paypal payment for the full amount, everything seemed fine but i have yet to receive this item. 15 days after the initial order i contacted you asking you about the whereabouts of my order, only to find that u haven't shipped it because u thought i didn't make the payment due to the fact that the shipping name was different then the billing name. one would expected that you would have contacted me concerning this, but no, u just waiting for me to ask. anyway you said you will Handel it and on October 6th you said that the item will be shipped out.

it is October 21st today, 2 weeks after your last e-mail, and almost 5 weeks since the initial order, i have not received the product neither have i received an e-mail or any feedback of any sort. i have been understanding to this point, but this is getting too much.

i decided to buy this product from you because i heard good things about it through www.7thgencivic.com and i also wanted to support the growth of this not so popular product (instead of dynamat). but it seems that i did the wrong choice, i live in Canada and due to the fact that your web-site does not provide shipping to Canada i shipped it to Arizona to a friend and will pay them to ship it to me. all of this and i haven't even received this yet.

i am expecting an immediate reply from you, i want this to be settled, either i have this product by early next week, or i get my money back. you also have to consider how much i will loose that way due to the change in currency rates and paypal fees. if this is not settled i will post this on www.7thgencivic.com, and i am sure you do not want that, i am not trying to threaten you, but you have to understand where i am coming from.

Oh Abe, I feel terrible that this is still an ongoing issue. I of course still have not gotten it and as you already know, I will of course let you know immediately when I do. Good luck sweetheart and damn, I really hope they get their **** together. Their business practises are obscene and this may be something D. needs to know about.

I LOVE my Dynamat.........lol.............at least .... I love it when my system works!!!!

I bought a fatmat hoodliner and two weeks later I called them to see what's up. They said it will be shipped out soon, and I got it in another week. Then the liner starts to fall off a few weeks later. Not a good product, and they don't have any warrenty or guarantee. Plus the stuff smells bad. I'm so happy I paid the extra money and got dynamat on the inside.

Yeah. Maybe you could call them and cancel the order.

THen save up and buy Dynamat.

i agree...if they horse around any more...tell them to go to hell, and get you're money back. after tarrifs and shipping it might be close to the same price anyways...well good luck

I did too rip out everything on my vic inside and out and went to town with Dynamat Extreme and Original. I was a very happy girl about it, just got the noise I wanted and the vibrations I wanted! Abe, give this one last chance if you want and then demand your money immediately back. Again, sweetheart, good luck with it and let us know what is going on with it.
