I can answer that We just recieved the rail today from Dezod. We will try to have it welded tomorrow and the kit shipped out early next week.

It is just a generic high temp flat black. The silver stuff we are now using is a bit more tolerable to high heat.

Not @ all.....People have boosted with over 100K on their motors. As long as it passes a quick leak down test and there are no known cyclinder, hear or oil leaks....

Boost spikes more often in cold weather.....other than that.....assuming the car is in good running order, none.
