Hey dezod, I decided to just turbo my Vic and just be done with it all, but I see you removed the cat for the EX models! I don't ever plan on making my car a full blown drag car, so flow isn't THAT much of a concern. As for overheating, where were the cases where this happened located? Florida? Somewhere else that's really hot during the summer season? 'Cause up here in Rochester and back down on Long Island, it doesn't get TOO terribly hot during the nice seasons. Would extra ventillation help too? Perhaps some low-key hood scoops (since they usually don't look all that pretty on our cars)? I would really like to buy your kit, but I can't go around w/o a cat.

Yeah I know you cant guarantee anything but an "I think it should" would be good coming from the designer.... As for the tranny I guess a cooler would help me out.. I dont rag on my car at all just daily driving and such but really want a little extra punch every now and then and maybe take it to the track every once and a while.... Not looking for a track star just some more ***** out of my ride....

No one can answer that. Define drive hard? Corners at 90 MPH? Drift? Burnouts? Drag race? Daily drive around bends doing 50-60 MPH?
I can not put a time line on the tranny life. It also depends on the boost levels your running too. Tranny fluid used? Built tranny? Prior abuse? Tranny cooler? I have seen people last 2 weeks and some last over a year so far.
Smuggling bananas and mexicans all for one low price...

His car responded very well when it was boosted, no slipping or anything. Rumor is (and this is from many useres experiences with auto turbos) is that a simple tranny cooler will suffice you for about 8 lbs if you are decent with your car and don't mash the gas every 5 seconds.
