^yeah i just realized that its 250 CAD but thats still 190 US and the pic the guy is showing says x3racing on it which is a seller for those headlights on ebay where you can get them new for 140 US shipped

There's also custom and taxes to take into consideration after the payment of $140. Typically the shipping is higher for Canada.
