i did it. i popped open my tycs and painted them to match my trim that i also painted the same weekend lol. check my cardomain page for pics

New West is in Vancouver B.C. dude. How hard was it to get the TYC's apart? I tried to get mine apart but it would have taken forever and the housing on mine is plastic....

u gotta put em in the over for like 2 or 3 minutes i cant remember how long but be careful them suckers are hot when uget em out and i used a putty knife 2 seperate the the sealant that was on it. fairly simple the sucky part was part of my housing where it bolts down to the fender got melted off. oh well i had lost the screw on that side a long time ago

here is a write up I did a while ago. Its a little different for the removal of the lights since that wasn't for Honda but the process is the same

Wow thats a rip off, I used to do that for $40 for both and you supply the paint. It takes no time at all if you know what you're doing.

Wasn`t trying to be an ***, but hey just trying to look out for a fellow member.

If you want a set of headlights, I can trade you the ones that are on my car now, as long as yours are minty and the style is what you want we shouldn`t have a problem.
