I've had this amp laying in my room for over a year now. I'm poor and at school so help me out! It's a Rockford Fosgate 2-Channel 400s Amp. Max output is at least 800 watts @ 1 channel. Yeah, what kind of stuff do you have up front? The good thing about the amp is that your can control the power it puts out as well.

how low can you turn it down to cause my speakers are rated for 125 w

You can turn it down so its completely off. What are the exact specs of your speakers? Is that 125 watt RMS or 125 watt max? Most people that have wanted this amp were going to use if for components and not subs and it seems like you have high end speakers...
