Most vendors won't sell it because HID conversions are illegal now.
But you can get them in canada.
www.Xenondepot.com for best plug in H4 kit.

$200 for lo beam only isn't too low. i got a set of almost brand new ones off of a member for $250 shipped.. and if the GB is big enough, they could go at $200 probably. i mean, no need for high beam anyway really.

trust me, you will miss your highbeams, looks at the guys at the retrofit threads in hidtech, and another thing, car manufactures are cheap bastards, if they don't have to put something in, they won't period
if highbeam isn't a good thing to have, simply because hid works good, then they won't have highbeams
really, from personal experience, with hids, i still use my high beams sometimes, and knowing i was thinking about not having highbeams really scared me
i am about to start a retrofit on my mr2, and i am gonna go with some bi-xenon projectors, because i feel that highbeam is a neccessity
xenondeopt has a summer madness sale right now, i think its 300 per kit
and i doubt many vendors would do a gb on something illegal, really
