I'll just mention to you, the chance of finding EP3 rear brakes is slim because its such a rare chassis. You'd be much better off looking for a Canadian junk yard willing to ship you Acura EL rear brakes.

try a few of the guys on that thread or search around their marketplace some. see if they have the rear knuckle assemblies you need. After that, go on clubrsx or something and get ahold of rsx e-brake cables
There aren't many members that still come by with an ep3. I think I paid 500 total for my conversion: 400 for the rear knuckle assemblies and 100 for the e-brake cable

I have the rear brake assemblies from a 03 civic SI (disk) if you are still looking. And I have the E-brake cables that fit a coupe or hatchback. Let me know if i can help.
