Jackson Racing SUPERCHARGER - update
Eventually all the name brand companies will start creating kits for our cars.....its all about demand. once they see a large enough market they'll do it but as of right now they are focused on the popular sport cars. Cars that you'll find on racing circuits and drag strips. Cars that they feel are worth doing the R & R and big bucks for.....

Hey guys I gotta question for ya'll. Alright i seriously thought about doin a K20 swap, but since the car was bought for me (teens first vehicle and no choice in it) and I love it, but it's automatic and I hate that. If I did a swap i'd have to do a tranny swap and I'd need a clutch and all that stuff or i'd be tight if you could to it CVT. Any ways back on subject, is putting a turbo on an automatic even worth it. My cousin, who used to race his turbo vic till he got married and the bitch refused to learn to drive stick so he had to sell it, said he's seen some alright ones but I don't wanna spend 3g's for my car to be alright. Any advice?
I look at it like that ....... blown is outta the pic for the D17....freakin honda ....they have a butt load of stuff for the Si.....go figure.....got me so upset im gonna go t-bo with a 35 shot of nos !!!!........afterwards im gonna need parts but it was fun finally blowing a mustang lx away with the D17 engine lol!!!....by the way the mustang ran outta gas!......be patient .... we shall overcome!!!!
What's so good about Jackson Racing anyway? Vortechs have always produced much better gains with their centrifugal design. There is another company who will be at SEMA this year that is making a D17 compatible supercharger. Whether they will make a kit or not is a different matter.

hey dragoon man where did you here that? that sounds pretty sweet. i unfortunately drive an auto and i think it would be better to supercharge my car than turbo it, but if nothin comes than bring on the sf turbo baby.
Well keep us posted with links, pics, news etc.
It's actually kind of a shame that nothing has been developed to the point of even real rumour stage. If anything looked promising I might not have put money down on a RSX-S last week.

They do seem to be advertising a "Jackson Racing" supercharger for the 7th gen. I have a pretty strong feeling that if you try to order one you'll get the run around. Here's the image ripped from that site you posted.
Sounds like they are confused. Jackson Racing doesn't have one listed for 01 - 04.

I know people have asked them and JR told them they scrapped the project... F&*% them someone will make one sooner or later and it'll be better than their **** would of been. hahaha
man this blows, i really wanted a supercharger. but i am not doing an engine swap. i want to blow people away with my single over head cam, non vtec d17. so i guess i will save for a turbo/intercooler and hope/pray they come out with a supercharger while i am saving.
