That is quite possible. However, there are advantages/disadvantages to both superchargers and turbos. This thread is not here to start a debate between the differences. Some of us would have prefered a Supercharger... end of story.

Sorry to bring an old thread back from the dead, but it sparked my interest.

All I have to say is, being a previous J-Body owner (Cavalier)....people didnt think anybody was listening when the J owners wanted to get blown......but GM listened. After about 6 years of running the same 2.4L Twin Cam, GM made the supercharger kit for it. But guess what? It was only for the '00+ cars. So dont think that just because we have the newest generation of Civic's, that people arent listening. Just give it some time.

I myself (when I get money for it) am either going turbo, or centrifugal supercharger (should somebody make it). I dont really like roots type chargers. :\

I wish Comptech or Vortech would make a centrifugal kit for us. DIALED!

I looked at the centrifugal charger option, and it looks like a very tight squeeze. Not worth it in my opinion.
