I've been reading everything about Catalyst and the up and coming turbo kit and it all sounds very exciting.....

One question....do they make a limited slip diff for our cars? does anybody produce such a beast????

You would do much better at the track putting power at both tires instead of just one.....

kinda sux

Not having a lsd will be a great loss to turbo cars though...that sucks that they don't develop one..

still

I would be much more interested in trying to get good power gains out of my car(turbo obviously)...If I was putting power at both wheels and not just one...I like road racing and autocrossing...and putting power at one wheel makes for crappy handling in the corners and a lot of spin trying to power out of a corner and into a straight...
Purely my IMO though....

IM not saying i wouldnt love to put the power down but its the fact that no one wants to pay for the R&D for our cars so im kinda skeptical but if they do im all over that

Our cars need the LSD bad when they are turbo'd. at 3500 RPM in 1st gear, i always break the tires loose and the tach shoots straight to 7000. and shifting into second rips them loose again.
If i had an LSD, im sure it would make for a much better run.

...very true... I'll be quite surprised if we see an LSD... especially within the year.

fun

It would be costly and take a lot of time, tears, and efforts...but in the end hopefully you would end up with a killer sleeper..
I'm speaking of getting power out of our cars....I can't imagine the surprise on some random mustang drivers (not knocking mustangs just an example of your typical domestic rice hater) face when he got pulled on by a 7thgen....priceless..

However, you can have all the power and the world and if you spinning you ain't winning....
damn that was korny...

You get the point....
