As you might know my car is turbo charged... Anyways I decided to keep the returnless fuel system. Now the stock OEM fuel pump holds enough pressure but you can't really up the flow... So I was wondering is there any aftermarket pumps for a returnless fuel system? All help is appreciated! Thanks!

yeah, HKS said the RSX-S pump should fitand it's capable of delivering more fuel. Don't know if it would really fit though. You might be able to check with Honda to compare the two. Either way, I think most larger in-tank fuel pumps would do the job... HKS, Walbro. If you find something that works though... let us know.
I still think that using additional injectors and using a supplementary inline pump to control that is still the best way. That way you have a normal "off-boost" fuel curve and PLENTY of fuel for on boost situations. Remember, you DO NOT EVER wanna fuel starve....BOOM! That might happen if you're using your stock pump, bro.
From what I have read, the best way is to simply redo the fuel system. A bit time consuming, but it is pretty much a guarantee to eliminate all the trouble.
I am piecing my turbo system together and here is what I have planned.
Gut the stock fuel pump and replace it. Set up a fuel setup like the old civic with a pressure regulator at the fuel rail along with a fuel return line. This should give me all the fuel I need.
Then as far as fuel delivery, I am going to increase the fuel injector size. This will give all the fuel delivery I need and allow for a smooth idle, but this will necessitate a new computer. It will probably be an AEM standalone, that way the car can be tuned properly.
This should allow for a smooth idle and enough fuel on big boost to satisfy both tasks.
Too bad doing it this way adds approximately 1600 dollars to the whole setup, but fuel delivery will be done once and for all, plus ignition timing will be adjustable.

I'm also going to be using the AEM EMS, but I'm holding off on the return until I run a higher boost with some internals. For now... it will just control an extra injector. Unless it's not out by July, then I'm using the E-manage.

The fuel kit i have on my car can provide plenty of fuel. I hit 13 psi and it still ran rich. It can handle in between 125 - 150 psi. It gradually increases the pressure while you are under boost, and shuts itself off completely when you are in vaccum.

It will not blow the instant you hit 10 psi. It takes a little bit to do it. Most people who blew their head gasket ran at 10 psi for a few days, or maybe even a few miles. Mine was a 1 time thing, and i wasnt really worried about it. I believe these hold up almost as well as the D16 head gaskets, and my SOHC ZC (yes, it is a D16) held up to 15 psi daily driven for 6 months because i wasnt always on it.
Anyways, i do have a friend who works for a compeny that makes high end copper head gaskets for chevys (he actually makes them
), and he is going to make one specially for my car. Since the chevys that these go on normally run 10 + psi, i believe the one he is making me will last a while at 10 psi. (which i will run as soon as i get my damn EX engine and build it)

i want an EX engine so i can actually have vtec. I have never owned, driven, or rode in a car with vtec. And if i get an entire EX engine, build it and put it in my car, i will have a complete back-up engine if anything ever goes wrong.
