01 auto to manual swap

I swap my 01 auto to manual used the auto harness car starts from under hood but wont start from ignition.

i have auto harness auto ecu also purchased manual ecu it starts under hood with auto ecu. Was told if i conneceted the park and neutral wires together car will start from ignition, not sure where these wires are.
