Everyone Run out and Buy b16, b18c, f20c and other legendary honda motors NOW
Hey everyone I'm just here to let all of you know that there are too many threads of people asking about putting b18c and f20c and f22c and h22 and b16 and lnf and srt4 motors in their civics. FOR THE LAST TIME:
YES!!!!
Go out right now. Buy whatever motor you want to put in your civic and swap it. ANY MOTOR WILL WORK. Quit asking already. Go...now. Get a shop crane and remove your civic motor then just bolt in whatever motor you want. Get the axles off the other car and plug them into the civic hubs. Easy as that. Computer? What computer? Oh that little stupid ecu thing under the glovebox? Computer Schmumputer! If you REALLY must have one just get AEM EMS. It's compatible with everything!!!
Emissions testing? Inspection? Who needs that crap. Just pay the inspector under the table or drive around with an invalid car. That's what all the cool kids do anyways. You're going to be up all night racing so what's an extra ticket for invalid tags?
Get creative guys. Just take measurements of your engine bay and measurements of the donor motor. If it fits then it swaps!!! Simple as that. Even if it doesn't fit just extend your engine bay a bit or swap clips with the donor car. Have fun with it. Hope this clears up any of the confusion!!!

just measure it. i think it will fit. shouldnt be too tight. enjoy that mad power. I'm actually looking into a sr20det swap. Might have to just enjoy the boosted d17 for now tho. SR20's are pullin a premium with only a week till race wars.
