help turbo install

hey guys running into a little bit of trouble. i have an 02 civic lx 5 speed i just installed the TSI turbo kit into it, and have 410cc injectors and the AEM FIC for tuning. after installing the kit and turning on the car with the AEM set with stock settings the car just starts reving up to 3k rpms and never idles down. I do have some exhaust leaks that are going to be fixed at the exhaust shop tomorrow and i plan to get the car tuned before i drive it around or get on it i just need to drive it to the tuner. any ideas why the car wont idle? should it have this much trouble idling? also the car seems to be burning alot of oil. and ideas?

www.procivic.com

go there and on he right side of the screen input the info about your car and you will look at everything that fits it and the turbo should be there. i have the d17a2 and they have the turbo for that so your A1 should be good.

Re: help turbo install

isn't that like 81 whp over stock? That's not bad but I would think you'd get more from 7 lbs of boost. is this on a Vtec motor or no?? I bet if you get a good set of cams in there it would be nasty. post some pic's!
