Unhappy Help! TSI turbo kit actin up!

Just finished installing my tsi kit with the t28 upgrade. Having a bit of problems with the boost gauge and bogging. Boost isn't showing positive numbers. Checked all the couplers and what not, everythings tight. Shortened the wastegate rod and only showing 00psi on the tsi injection unit. Should i keep shortening the rod or? Another thing is that when i hit about 6k rpm the car bogs like a ****, shift to third and its all g up untill 6k again. Feels like lack of power right before that then it bogs. Tried upping the fuel from the injector unit and same thing. In the process, threw a check engine light! Pulled a code at work saying high voltage in o2 sensor. help!

if you shorten the rod wont this open the wastegate? or atleast keep it open slightly? you need the rod long enough to keep the flapper closed al lthe time and only open at the right time to bleed off the boost. otherwise it is open all the time and you making nothing.

Re: Help! TSI turbo kit actin up!

Before i shortened the rod, there was absolutely no power and i was still reading negative pressure in the manifold. After i shortened it, it goes to 00psi instead -2hg (vaccum). In any case, TSI emailed me back saying its probably a faulty wastegate and their sending me a new one with an adjustable rod. As far as that code, my friend said high voltage in an o2 sensor means im reading rich or so. Think this is true?
