Question Dezod or TSI?

Im new to this website. Just want to tell everyone wat's up and I'm asking for some suggestions!
I have a 2004 honda civic ex (auto tranny). I'm planning to add a turbo so I was wondering which kit was a better choice: Dezod or TSI? which of these kits is more problematic? Can I turbo an automatic tranny safely?

My car is an every day driver so I wanted to know above all, is it worth putting a turbo? I just want more speed, but keep it safe.

Re: Dezod or TSI?

first upgrade should be a car with a standard tranny. i really dont think the stock auto is gonna last long with boost.

Re: Dezod or TSI?

Dezod is the way to go. Some ppl have had success with TSI but honestly don't waste your hard earned cash. You CAN boost an auto tranny if done properly. See any post by Wilmnchris and PM him your questions. There's a few other members with boosted auto trannies and are doing fine. If you beat on your car it won't last but if you take care of it you'll be fine. With turbo though be prepared for many unexpected's. No option you go will be cheap so keep that in mind. Good luck.

auto trannies are usually stronger than manuels and take boost better.....
