Dude.
You need injectors. You need a fuel pump. You need to take it somewhere and get it tuned. You need to NOT drive it all unless you're running no more than 1 PSI AND its tuned.
RSX-S injectors (310cc) will reach max duty cycle at around 5 psi, and they flow more (about 100cc more) than your stockers. Whoever told you that you can run 7 PSI on stock injectors is a moron and should be shot. Or at the very least have their tongue cut out so they don't end up costing people like you $1000s when you car leans out and blows.
Please tell me you have some kind of engine management.

Good luck getting anything done with Apex. Much better systems out there. Do yourself a favor and call up Paul at dezod and talk to him about what you should be doing. Did you buy the kit from him direct or off someone else? Either, search around at what everyone is doing for their setups. No one runs the Apex for boost, and neither should you. I'll also be selling some RSX-S injectors in about 2 weeks. For a lot less then $100.

Buy two flanges, an O2 bung (or 2 if you have a wideband) and a 3" (diameter) u-bend pipe from Summit (summitracing.com), take your car to your local muffler shop (no chain, mom and pop Mendoza's or whatever) and tell them you want your downpipe to go from here to there, hand them the parts and your keys and say, "call me when you're done". That's the easiest and cheapest way.

Re: Turbo EM2 Help
Here's my turbo experience (which I kinda do regret not doing it right the first time through):
Bought a used SF kit from a member here. Ditched the SF FMU and went with RSX-S injectors with an APEX'i VAFC-II as my fuel management. Went un-tuned for 5 months, but I was out to sea (I'm in the Navy) for more than half that time. Took it to a shop to get it tuned, they told me there was something wrong with the turbo that caused it to boost to a max of 2.5psi. On the dyno, ran 143.7 HP at 6200RPM at 2.5 psi. I rolled with that for a while and now, a year after the tune, my car is a mess and I'm really regretting not doing it right. I went and got an AEM F/IC and I'm going back to n/a with stock injectors until I can get it all figured out. I'm going to replace my spark plugs and pull apart my block to see if the head gasket is causing all my problems (a compression test and a leakdown test showed that it wasn't gone). The problems I'm having now is temps rising when I turn the heater on, and misfires like a madman..
I bought a garrett t3 turbo rebuild kit from ebay (we'll see how this works...). Only when I feel that I am good and ready to boost again, I'm going to drop it in. This time, with a rebuilt turbo, (possibly) new manifold, new gaskets EVERYWHERE, new fuel management, keeping the RSX-S injectors, possibly new plumbing, if I can find a good shop to do all the welding for me, a return style fuel system, and get it tuned to 6-7psi for daily driving..
If you don't do it right the first time, it's just gonna cause you more money than you had originally intended and an even bigger headache to deal with.

^^^ Talk to Gerry at JDM Fabtech (02fpcivic) for your return system. If you send him the rail, its only $40 to weld the fitting on. $80 if he buys one and does it. After that you just need some fuel line, fittings, an FPR and the pump. Too easy.
Absolutely agree with doing it right the first time. That's why I dropped the stack of cash that I did on my setup and am now on Day 9 of the install. No sense in rushing this since its a huge investment. Take your time, research ALL of your parts, and do it right.

i maxed out at 9.5lbs of boost tuned on a dyno.. think i was at 90% duty cycle.. but this was on rsx injectors... on stock injectors i maxed out at 5 lbs

Re: Turbo EM2 Help
you dont need a fuel pump if your running lower boost and less then 200whp I made 185 with the stock fuel pump and rsx-s injectors... Im the one that has them for sale btw.

Re: Turbo EM2 Help
I don't know. How big is the exhaust discharge on your turbo? 2.5", 2.75" or 3"? Do you have a 4-bolt or a 5-bolt discharge on your turbo? Measure the inner diameter (ID) of the exhaust outlet on your turbo and buy the appropriate sized flange for it.
Then you'll need a 2-bolt flange, to mate up to your stock exhaust pipe. Since the stock pipe is only 2.25" you'll need to make the shop allows for that. Or you can do what I did and cut the pipe off the catalytic and have a full 2.5" pipe running from the cat to the downpipe. The bitch about the stock exhaust is that the pre-cat pipe only looks like its 2.25". Its actually a double-walled pipe and the inner pipe is the stock soda straw 1.75" jobbie.
Check the ID of the exhaust discharge on your turbo and use that as a guide. If its 2.5" then get the 2.5" gasket and also get a u-bend and straight length of 2.5" pipe. This way your exhaust flows better than with that stock soda straw, double-walled, POS that Honda put on as a pre-cat pipe.
Here's a link to a $3 2-bolt exhaust flange on Ebay:
Ebay 2-bolt flange
And here's another link to 2.5" ID 4-bolt turbo flange.
$15 dolla love you long time
And you will also need gaskets for the same.
