^^^ Thanks. To each their own I guess. You can build the D17 to make as much HP as the k-series that the chassis will put to the ground with either engine, for about the same amount of cash. Sure you get 5-lug (is it better? no, just different) plus the LSD and 6-speed tranny with the k-series, but it's still FWD with the same suspension geometry, which means traction above 300whp becomes a real issue.

by the time u swap a k20 in, build the k20, boost the k20, we will have our 400whp fully built d17s running around spanking 80% of k20s out there k20 FTL , so overrated... jus cuz its 200 stock .. no one rides stock anymore, when it comes to tuning .. d17FTMFW
