Turbo timer isn't needed...if you can count to 60 you just saved yourself couple hundred bucks.

unless your using an aftermarket intake manifold you will not be able to use those injectors plus i would recomend e-manage or EMS instead of the hondata.

rsx-s ones are 310 (i think) and are enough for 8psi

Yeah every other ones are too long and push ur fuel rail onto the tps sensor on the throttle body. Trust me there is no room for anything other than them. I have heard of people using srt4 injectors, but it is really hard to tune on idle with them.

emanage or ems instead of Hondata? ummm why on earth would you use an e-manage over Kpro? I can see the EMS, but piggyback vs a standalone.... yeah.

I'm confused on the turbo.... you say 2560R/S... do you mean the 2860RS AKA the GT28RS, Disco Potato? Or do you mean 2560R also known as the GT28R?
The RS is a little bigger of a turbo, if you go the RS route, opt for the T3 hot side. Also, H2O cooled turbos reduce the need significantly for the timer, since water will naturally continue to move from hot to cold and the waterjacket stays full.... so you'll have some water moving through as the turbo cools.

the only reason i say emanage or ems is because no one has actually used the kpro since it was just realeased. I mean if he wants to be the first then all props to him, but i dont think hes willing to spend alot of money to be the first to tweak out the tweaks thats why i mentioned emanage which works and only runs anywhere from 200-400 depending on the set up.

im still deciding on which turbo to get the T28R ot the T25, i want the turbo to run efficiently

also since both are oil & water cooled turbos i wouldnt need a timer ur saying. how does that actually help, any more info on that system boiler.

Power difference between T28 and T25 are neglidgeable. You don't necessarily need a turbo timer if you can let your car idle for 1 minute before you're about to turn it off.

Water continues to move if there is a temperature difference, so as long as the turbo is hot, and the coolant outside the turbo is cooler, water will continue to move. You use a timer on journal bearing turbos because once the car shuts off and theres no oil pressure, the oil more or less drains out through the return line, and you're left with a basically dry housing.
Since the water jacket stays full, and water moves, its got its own cool down system.

this is not true! i currently run a stock intake manifold with rsx injectors....do some searching or go out there and try to put them in yourself before you come and give false info

Re: Turbo Set-up. Is this all i need to get started?

Buds302 I think he had 440's in there and the guy later came and edited it. Although I do know someone personally using 440's on a stock intake manifold. The Emanage over Hondata comment though is completely wrong lol.

Re: Turbo Set-up. Is this all i need to get started?

ban AThompson, his information is RIDICULOUS...

also, if your gonna be running the rsx 310cc injectors, our stock pump can support it. You really dont need to upgrade to a walbro, but if you want to go right ahead...

and he wouldnt be the first to run hondata...search for andyman's thread...

Re: Turbo Set-up. Is this all i need to get started?

He first had the rc 440 injectors on his list and i told him the only ones that fit with our intake manifold and rail is the rsx injectors. And the reason i stated to not use hondata was cuz when i wrote that it had just came out and no one, including andyman had used it yet. I am now in the process of saving for hondata after seeing it in action, i was just giving him a heads up, that at the time, which was the beginning of march, that he posted this, no one had used the kpro for our cars then. Sorry if i said anything wrong, but i dont feel that i had
