clutch master cylinder
im doin the k20 swap in my 01 civic...its an auto but im makin it stick...do i need the clutch master and slave cylinder from a civic or a rsx...hit me back

Why not use a rsx one to avoid any issues. Plus, if you have the 6speed type S motor your going to need to go six speed anyways. Although wait for a second opinion before you take my advice on this topic, i'm still D17!

the civics enjoy a better designed clutch master over the rsx. your swap should already include the slave (they are almost always still boted to the trans) if not then you will need an rsx slave cyl.
Well the tranny all depends on what he wants to do. Either FI or all motor. 6 speed or 5 speed. All depends on what he wants. The 5 speed is a lot more cheaper tan the type S tranny though. But its all up to you.
With my swap I am using a Civic Clutch Master Cylinder and an RSX Clutch Slave Cylinder with RSX Lines inbetween.
You can get it fairly cheap at acura or find a used one from the scrapyard like they said.
