Rep Power: 257 I've heard the T25's don't really make to redline something like 5000 rpms and our cars make power from 4000-6300 something in that range. Thats why I was thinking possibly the T28 might be a better alternative.

Rep Power: 0 ball bearing is a better choice cuz it has less turbo lag, the turbine shaft spins a lot faster and friction is less of a problem. in other words it spins faster quicker

Rep Power: 400 And to go into the T25 and T28 debate... its a bit of a misnomer... you can call them both T25s if you want to get technical about it, its a trim thing. The 28 has a bigger cold side than the 25 so it flows a bit more air, but they're not much different in actuality. in the garrett GT family, there's actually 2 GT28Rs, one is in the GT25 family (2560R) and the other is in the GT28 family (2854R), the only difference is the A/R of the hot side.
Bigger difference is in the BB vs journal bearing setups... the BBs spool so fast its not funny. My car will make full boost in the lower gears almost instantaneously. A T25 should be more than capable of supporting 250-275 HP easily. Its a drivability turbo, it probably wont continue to build power if you start maxing out the boost on it, but at a few pounds of boost, it should be able to keep up.

Rep Power: 257 Michalo quick question I remember you told me you had srt4 injectors in your last turbo setup. Can your stock fuel pump handle the flow or did you have to upgrade to a walbro or something like that.

Rep Power: 255 more pictures overall? i have a tsi kit laying around here, all i need is to buy is emanage + pnp...we shimmed the wg actuator to hit somewhere like 6-7psi and its all in the tune...im also using the tsi piping to run the cold side but im doing custom piping on the hot side like aznchinksta, just cause it looks cleaner and flows better...+ dave @ whip factory is tuning mine...
this gives me hope
