is this a good price
i found a shop near by where i live in south jersey.. for the complete swap and auto to stick conversion he wants $2000 and thats with me paying for all the parts...is this a decent price or what..anyone know better places in south jersey

Auto D17 too 5 speed D17 = IMO $1000 tops.

My friend managed to get his done for $500 not including parts..

It all depends of its a K swap. Any swap having to do with the D17 motor shouldn't be that much.

$2000 is a little much.. i know of some shops that will do it for $500 labor and about $1500 total (after they get parts)
he said the complete swap, and auto to stick.... didnt say D17 or K20, so who knows? you can go from auto d17 to manual k20.

its an ok price if there using brand new parts from honda cuz thats wut it cost me in parts with new parts an using a used tranny/

first off it will take more than 4 days and it will cost a lot more than $2k to do the swap. i dont think this guy has tackled one before from the sounds of it

why would it take 4 days? Dru got his in almost everything dont by wiring in 1 day remember.
