Custom equal lenght mani update NEW PICS PG 5
And so it begins:
Car will be taken apart tomorrow and will have a new custom made EL manifold made by the same guy that build all the piping GATO
After that I'm taking the manifold and the turbo casing to Hypercoat to get it electro coated for smooth surfaces that will increase the flow.
The down pipe will also be replaced.
Pictures will follow.

Today we worked on taking all the old parts off.
If anyone is lokking at getting an SS log manifold and down pite for a t-3 t-4 that'll work with the A/C lines let me know I'll let go cheap.
Just droped the car to the builder tonight and he wasn't at the shop so I had to stay there till he showed back up
He'll be working on it tonight and tomorrow.
He told me it would be ready by then but I have my doubs, I think I'll be monday or tuesday.
I took some pictures of the car without a front and w/o turbo but nothing worth showing yet.
As soon as the EL many is in some kindd of progress I'll snap some shoots of it.

Here are some pictures of the cars my guy builds for:
Toyota w/a 4 cylinders Tacoma engine and a massive turbo

This is a full build Mazda w/ front wheel drive

every one is at Palm Beach Moroso this weekend so my car still on hold
Good luck Hector, I'm anxious to see how this thing performs.
GL with the manifold, looks like those guys build some nice stuff. Gotta remember though guys, its not always about peak power, you gotta get it to the ground and be able to use it too, or its not worth having. Our turbo h22 accord was faster on the street at about 410whp than say at 450whp because that last little bit made it absolutely usless out of the hole. Plus at 396+ wtq it ate every stage 5 clutch we threw at it, esp. on the dyno.
My new setup is going to be different from the typical turbo d17 setup, I wont get to it till just before spring though. I have a twin turbo sbc chevelle build coming up, hopefully that doest take too much of my spare time.

Amen to that!
the manifold was supposed to ready saturday however this is only a two guy shop and with Moroso hapening this weekend he was preping his own car.
So I'm on the list, a lot of ppl is on the list watting for this guy to get free time.
I realy hope to be done by wed. cause we want to do some more porting to the head to let it breath a bit better.
Some one asked if there was a custom made intake manifold and the answer is yes, made by the same guy.

If not keep safe so you may come and play with us
The IM is ready I'm going to pick up the car to take it to the other shop for other mods.
I'll take pictures, man is killing me I wish I can just get it done in a week.
I'm paying about $850 for the IM and the down pipe.
Is pricey but is weel worth it.
My wife gives me that look like shw wants to kick me in the nuts
But she is a good sport about it.I just bought her a big rock for our aniversary and paid the vic off last month.
