Definately will be some coating, I'll get that done next week, and will find out exactly what process they use.
Pictures of the mani from the inside?
That will be hard to do, but We just installed everything tonight to check for fitting and all looks well as far as weldings.
the downpipe is 3" in diameter.
Now will take everything appart for the rest of the work.(decking, porting and coating)
I ordered an ARP manifold stud kit from lighting motorsports.
Numbers?
baby steps baby steps, one thing at the time I'm spening a lot of dow as is.
If it all was that easy all of us will have numbers posted.
I'm still moving forward though.
Thanks for the rep and good wishes.

Can you show me pics of the 3 in downpipe from underneath the car??? A lot of people said it couldn't be done unless you lose ac and ps so i wanna see how tight it is and everything, props to you!

It will be another week before I get it finished.
Is some one can do it is my guy Gato he is amazing when he build thid thing and every pipe fitted in the same place just like the log manifold did, exactly.
Too bad he doesn't have a jig to make more manifolds.

I just came back from Hypercoat and they explained to me that the process was done with ceramic coating.
They heat up the parts at 750 degree to clean the impureities(check spell)
then let it cool off, then with500 degree they add the ceramic coating.
I'm doing the TM and the exhaust housing in silverWith the coating inside the exhaust gases supposed to move faster gaining a bit more HP
Should be ready tonight or tomorrow.
The head was also rectified at the exhaust side then bigger 10mm studds added for strenght to compensate for the extra weight.
Pics will follow

Nice, but what would have been hot is to get the "COOPERHEAD" jet hot coating done to look like this. It would have been close to your car color:

$160 for both pcs.done in a day
Now I'm watting for the head and intake gaskets from Honda then put all back together.
I'm doing all the work myself at my friends shop so I can safe money for the tuning.
Hell, we done this work several times I'm an expert by now.
Will shut up the losers at Honda Tech that for some reason think I paid 30k to someone to do my car
go figure.
Most of them have stock EM2's with a lip kit, springs and wheels with bad tires, they think they are the shis, so they hate when they see a car like mine.
