It doesn't, cause I haven't got the chance to tune it in colder wheather but I most definately look into it.
The car is going back to the shop for a cam and EL mani so I'll be getting more tuning.
You shouldn't need two maps for winter and summer. That's the beauty of standalone, you program all parameters for all conditions and whatever the sensors see, you air/fuel and timing are adjusted for just that condition. Of course a mild retune wouldn't hurt just to get smoother lines but if your tuner knows what he's doing, which I would assume he probably does, you should be fine, no need for two maps.
Keep in mind, if you're running race fuel, be mindful that it can destroy wideband o2 sensors in no time.

I only run racing fuel when I need too, not daily.
Gas is going to get expensive as is.
I did have to change the spark plugs from Iridium to regular NGK's

Why would he have 2 maps for summer and winter. This is Florida, we don't have winter

Although at night it got kindda chilly in Atlanta driving down to the hotel and my car realy liked that.
