Yes we have been dabbling with this product for sometime and have had excellent success. It has operated far better than the E-manage because the ECU does not relearn around it's tune!! That means it operates on the premise of a standalone of sorts. It is still a piggyback though. Furthermore, we now offer this system as an add on to the V3 kit instead of the e-manage. Not to mention, target tune, the datalogging is great (3D maps....), datalog a WB you can hook in......

Product Description:

The average street car tuner today faces a dilemma. What do you do when you add a stroker kit, supercharger or turbocharger to a modern streetcar? You want to keep all of the amenities offered by the car and you expect performance at least as good as the stock systems. What do you do with electronic throttle? How do you tune it? Solutions do exist but they are incomplete, erratic, require disabling of critical vehicle functions or cost far too much. The XFC is the solution. Designed for the modified street car, a properly tuned XFC can deliver the added fuel required by your high performance parts while keeping your stock powertrain management systems functioning as if no changes had occurred. Competing units offer MAF skew or O2 skew but have severe limitations. Many new vehicles learn to eliminate the changes caused by MAF skew devices through O2 feedback. Competing O2 skew systems cause the vehicle to enter open loop but can often cause vehicles to trigger trouble codes and enter a debilitating limp or failsafe mode. Fuel pump control systems exist but operate on insufficient information. Fuel pump control based on too little information forms a dangerous situation in which a vehicle can be easily provided with far too much or too little fuel based on dynamic weather, battery and fuel delivery system conditions.

How is the install on the PCS? Is there a harness or would we have to do some wiring and slicing ?

We would only offer it PnP for the 7thgen for an additional $100-125. It is rather intensive to offer otherwise.

Justin was deployed to Iraq.

We still owe him a manifold and charge piping.

Let me know if I can be of any help on your custom build. We sell our parts individually.

Ye there are so many people that i know who hate the emange system. The PCS has so much more to offer. People are just famliar with the emange, but why be like the rest. Go with a better product and get much better results. Plus Russ who is one of the designers of the PCS is really cool and has no prob with helping out.

There is little talk about the downpipe. What are the changes with that?

PCS is not hard to tune at all. Very close to the e-manage, just a bit more sophisiticated. It is like AEM, E-manage and a twist of DSM Link.

The V3 is looking really nice it's actually making me want to wait until after school starts back to get my bike. Just wondering though, is there a third o2 bung on the downpipe or test pipe so I can easily add a wideband a/f sensor. It would definitely save time if it did and would make people want to get a wideband instead of cutting corners since really it's essential to tuning.

Our downpipe comes catless and has 3 bungs in it, 2 for stock and one for a wideband.
