sorry for the late reply. I have been out driving it around. Just putting some miles on it. I went to my friends shop to show it off, and was invited to show it off in a car show on saturday.
I told him no. Im going to be busy with Dan building the rest of my turbo kit.
But it still drives great. The clutch seems to be breaking in nicely. It still chatters, but nowhere near as bad as before. I have about 130 miles on it now.
My wastegate has a 0.8 BAR spring. So the least amount of boost i can run is ~12 psi. So daily driving should be fun.
I am looking for about 15 psi daily once the car is completely tuned. But it should be fun.
Here is a short list of some of the parts i am using on my car. I have more, i just cant remember them off the top of my head. Also, i have a TON of XRP fittings im not including in here.
MSD 45 GPH fuel pump
Mallory Fuel Pressure Regulator
4 Dodge Neon SRT4 Stage III injectors
4 Stock 02 civic injectors
Custom Fuel rail with #4 braided stainless fuel lines to each SRT injector
All XRP Aluminum Fittings
3/8 inch; custom hard aluminum fuel feed line
Stock feed line converted to a return line
Turbonetics T3/60-1 ball bearing hybrid Turbo
ATP wastegate Stud kit
ATP wastegate blockoff plate
TiAL 50mm Blow off Valve
TiAL 44mm Wastegate (0.8 bar spring)
Custom 3 inch; downpipe
Custom 2.5 inch; aluminum intercooler piping
Greddy Emanage with Injector harness, Ignition harness, and greddy MAP sensor
Custom 2.5 inch; exhaust with a 31 inch; resonator and matrix muffler
ARP Head Studs
Ported vtec cylinder head
Custom Arias Pistons
Total Seal Gapless Rings
Crower Rods
modified stock crank
Darton Sleeves
Modified KMS D16 block guard (*thought it was an STR, but turned out it was a KMS replacement for the STR)
Honda Main Bearings
Clevite rod bearings
ARP rod bolts
Nippon Leakless Head Gasket
Custom fit Integra GSR Intake manifold with 8 injector bosses
Exedy Cerametallic sprung-hub 3-puck clutch
Exedy pressure plate
Custom short shifter

As soon as i save up a bit more money, i will buy an E-cutout.
I dont want a loud car, so a large exhaust is out of the question. Plus i plan on driving this car when i have a kid, so i dont want it waking them up from a sleep (although my damn fuel pump is loud as ****!)
But the e-cutout will replace the full exhaust. Should work great.

e-cutouts are pretty cool... i saw an altima with one at a 909 meet a couple years ago...
we should dynomat your firewall to muffle the sound of your fuel pump...
i have an idea that also has to do with a daily driver fuel setup... I'll hit you up tonight if you're on AIM about it..

I could take a vid, but its nothing special. Sounds like a normal civic, with one hell of a fuel pump whine.
Dan, i wont be on AIM tonight. I am in class right now, and will be here for the next 3 hours. Its a Media Technology in American Society class.
But yea, lemme know about your idea for the fuel setup. But my fuel pump is actually located just underneath my shifter. I think dynamat may still help. But we can put it inside the car so i dont have to un-bolt the damn pump cuz its a pain in the ***.

Damn Mike. It sounds like quite a bit has gone on since I last checked these boards out. Hopefully I'll be buying a turbo kit for my new Z by this weekend or next (I'm gonna wait until I have over 3k miles on my car before install). Give me a call. I gotta check your setup out.
EDIT: That is pretty hot

I think the members of the 11 second club will be Me and Andy within the first 6 months.

Ok, I'll hit you up on Saturday.
I hate your rich friend.
But you might want to tell him to send a PM to 350zDCalb over at
www.my350z.com
They're building Z motors and are supposed to be offering some really discounted prices. Their website isn't up yet but it's going to be:

^^ you know he is right....
But yea, if anyone wants to meet up at IDRC, i will be with team Controlled Inertia underneath a few Easy-Ups. Im the skinny white guy named Mike.
There are 2 of us skinny white guys named mike on the team, so you have a 50% chance that it will be me.
Just look for the easyups with the black twin turbocharged 350z, black T76 powered Supra, Blue GT35R stroked Celica GTS, Black STi, and others near it.
