Dyno'd the K20a today....
well like the title says I took my car in today to get tuned and dyno'd. Here is what parts I ran with:
K20a Type R Motor
Toda Race Header
Greddy evo2 exhaust
Injen Cold Air Intake
Unorthodox Racing Pulleys
Hondata IMG and K-Pro
I dyno'd at 217.3 whp and 160wtq

217-220 whp seems right for those mods.
you could probably gain a couple more whp by reducing the weight of your rims ;P
peak whp isn't always as important as the midrange ;P

no this dyno is strictly used for hondas and acuras. Yeah my midrange power is insane with the toda header. I will have to get a copy of my graph overlayed with my friends graph.. I will get it today.

Yeah i was running a 14.78@98.8MPH so 94, isnt to far off. That was just pure type R power though. *with mad traction problems* Now who knows what my car will do lol. Or his for that matter lol

What was your 60ft time when you ran the 1/4? The reason why he ran a 14.9 could have been because of poor traction.
btw... those are good numbers but considering your mods they seem a little bit low.

his traction probably wasn't that bad considering his trap speed was 94 mph.
transformed had a tough time with traction since he ran a 14.7, but with a 98.8 mph trap. that trap is probably good for around low 14's

Yeah i know i did, i would alway have a good reaction time, like .1## but then my 60 fts would be between 2.5 - 2.9. And i would try fethering the clutch no luck there eaither. Just i really think the track i was at sucked!
