Rep Power: 269 Its not the greatest turbo, and the clutch was slipping. Its a Sf turbo kit, El manifold t3 super 60. We all can't afford to get the best stuff as quickly as we wish.

Rep Power: 261 his dyno graph is doing the same mine was when my clutch was slipping.
Mine made 200 ft/lbs of torque at 4300 RPM and held flat at 200 all the way to 6700 RPM. You could tell that the clutch was slipping pretty bad on the dyno. But it was extremely noticable on the drive home.
The dyno sheet showed it right away also. When the torque peaks low and sits flat, that is a pretty significant sign that your clutch is screwed up.
Once he replaces the clutch, he will see a significant gain on the dyno with zero tuning. His graph looks like the clutch started slipping, then got worse and worse as the pass progressed.

I have same clutch and 175lb/ft.
I thought exeedy whould handle more then 200lb/ft of torque.

Rep Power: 256 Exeedy rated for 120% over stock.
my stock was fine for 6psi on t25.
I think Exeedy should hold your boost fine as well.
May be dyno is underrated??
It shows 200+hp's, but you are at over 300+hp? This may be a reason for sliping clutch.

Rep Power: 269 Ok what you need to do is remove the tensioner, Then you must align the two holes that fit an allen head into them, After this when the holes are aligned you then must weld it together there. After this when you are ready you must just tighten the belt to where you would like and bolt the tensioner where the timing belt is firmly tight. After this you will no longer have problems with the belt becoming loose. The reason you must do that is because the valvesprings are a lot stiffer and stronger than the stock ones and the stock tensioner cannot take that. I learned this the hard way because my belt kept coming loose until finally i bent a valve. Let me know if my explaination makes any sense if it does not i will try to take pics or try and make a diy.

Rep Power: 269 Thanks I will try to get pics up or send you some. I just need to either remove my tensioner or so you with my spare one. Its pretty straight forward but i had to do this and thank god we figured it out or else we would have bent a lot of valves.

Rep Power: 273 What are the specs on your cam. I have a pretty aggresive custom ground turbo cam and the belt is ok with the stock tensioner. I also have upgraded springs, etc... Id think the springs would be more apt to cause tensioner problems than the actual cam.

Rep Power: 286 i could get one for around 35% off, my concern right now is to figure out exactly which one is sitting waiting for me to install........ you think just upgrading from the heavy duty to the extreme pressure plate will help?
