Hey all, i know this is probally a retarded *** project. BUt i am attempting to turbocharge my 2006 pocket bike and i want to know if anyone can help me find a turbo suitable for a 110cc/4stroke single cyclinder engine. Laugh now, but this thing stock PULLS on my civic.. im not joking.
My question is does anyone know of a turbo that will fit on this thing? i can get a custom mani made, but i dunno what size turbo would work on this thingy. I never seen a Volvo turbo but i would imagine it would be quite small.
anyone have any suggestions? do they make turbos for riding lawnmowers?!
im very serious about this and its something i really am looking at doing.
i already got a performace carb made, and getting a small scooter shop in Cali to make me a Low comp Piston. haha.
the compresssion is probally real high but i wanna try this.

Get a Mitsubishi 9G Turbo from the TT 3000GT. Those things be small. Don't know if they're small enough, but small nonetheless...
I have heard of Turbos for ATV's...Maybe you could search the internet for one and adapt it

i used that.
you have to make a seperate oiling system for it since the pocket bike is a 2 stroke. but other than that, its pretty easy. Just make sure you tune it right. We blew up a few motors before we got it right.
you can buy that turbo from www.mjmturbos.com

usually they do not have enough oil pressure. You would be better off using a seperate oil system.
But i would suck through the carb. It usually runs richer that way, but richer is safer. But yea, if you had a wideband o2, tune the **** outta it!

mines black, i got freinds with the x18- that thing is awesome.
i took the throttle restrictor off, and it can go up to 70sih mph. I know it can go faster with other parts. I got a 20oz NOS cheater system i need to hook up Lol, im hoping to get to 100mph. ITS SO SKARY!!!!
the best thing is it doesnt sound like those smaller ones that sound like weed eaters. If u ever heard what a kawasaki 250 ninja sounds like with slip ons, thats EXACTLY what this sounds like.
best of all it comes with a certificate of orgin and a VIN so u can get it registred and ride it on the road legally.

damn, i was just joined a pocketbike forum, and someone is already turboing a bike, hes results arent amazing. But his custom setup is beautiful looking, it seems that the engine cant make enough exhaust to sping the turbo hes using, and hes using a custom turbo thats about as tall as a Bic lighter. He only starts building boost @ in 3-4 gear with about 3-4 psi.
ill link watch the vid it sounds awesome. BTW u have to join to get on the read anything. ill give u guys my pass so u dont have to join if u dont want to.

turbo's are cool and all, but you could always swap out the head or bore out your bike - my friend has a mini 50 dirtbike all done up and the alults race them, it's got an 80cc head on it and mad upgrades, it's super fast!!
